Terms of Service
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to prescribe the conditions and procedures for using the creator-exclusive service Glow.B (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by BYAHT Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users, and other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. Glow.B (Service) refers to web/app-based platforms, headless solutions, and all related services provided by the Company for creators and users. 2. User refers to members and non-members who access Glow.B and use the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms. 3. Creator refers to a user who provides personal information to the Company, registers as a member, and creates, posts, sells, or shares content within Glow.B. 4. Member refers to a person who provides personal information to Glow.B and is assigned an ID and password to use the Service. 5. Content refers to all information and posts, including text, images, audio, video, code, and designs, published on Glow.B by creators.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
1. The Company shall post the contents of these Terms on the initial screen or linked screen of the Glow.B service so that users can easily view them. 2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations. 3. When amending the Terms, the Company shall announce the effective date and reasons for the amendment on the Service at least 7 days prior to the effective date. However, in the case of amendments unfavorable to users, notice shall be given with a prior grace period of at least 30 days via service announcements and email. 4. If a member does not express refusal by the effective date of the amended terms, the member shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.
Article 4 (Rules Outside the Terms)
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws (such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Copyright Act) and detailed operating policies of Glow.B established by the Company.
Chapter 2 Conclusion of Service Agreement and Membership
Article 5 (Establishment of Agreement)
The service agreement is established when an applicant agrees to the contents of these Terms, applies for membership, and the Company approves the application.
Article 6 (Acceptance and Restriction of Application)
1. The Company shall approve service usage only for applicants who have completed the application form truthfully. 2. The Company may refuse approval or terminate the agreement retroactively for applications falling under any of the following items: · Misappropriating another person's name or information · Providing false information or omitting required information requested by the Company · Applying for the purpose of disturbing public order or morals · Violating these Terms or relevant laws and regulations
Chapter 3 Obligations and Rights of Parties
Article 7 (Obligations of the Company)
1. The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by relevant laws and these Terms, and shall do its best to provide continuous and stable Glow.B services. 2. The Company shall establish a security system to protect users' personal information and disclose/comply with its Privacy Policy.
Article 8 (Obligations of Members and Creators)
1. Members shall not infringe upon the rights of others or violate laws, public order, and morals when using the Service. 2. Creators must guarantee that the content they post does not infringe upon third-party rights, including copyrights and portrait rights. 3. Members are responsible for managing their account information (ID, password) and may not transfer or lend it to a third party.
Article 9 (Copyright and Usage License of Content)
1. Copyrights of content posted on Glow.B by a creator belong to the respective creator. 2. Creators grant the Company a royalty-free license to use (reproduce, modify, display, distribute, etc.) their content within the scope necessary for operating, exposing, promoting, and improving Glow.B. 3. If the Company wishes to use a creator's content commercially beyond the aforementioned scope, it must obtain separate prior consent.
Article 10 (Revenue Settlement and Payment)
1. When a creator generates revenue through Glow.B, the Company shall calculate and pay the settlement amount according to the separately established settlement policy. 2. Withholding taxes, payment processing fees, and platform fees in accordance with relevant laws may be deducted when paying the settlement amount.
Chapter 4 Service Usage and Restrictions
Article 11 (Management and Sanction of Posts)
1. If a creator's post falls under any of the following, the Company may delete, move, make private, or restrict the creator's use of Glow.B without prior notice: · Defaming others or invading privacy · Containing obscene, violent, or hateful content contrary to public order and morals · Infringing upon intellectual property rights, including copyrights of others · Distributing malicious code, spam advertisements, or false information 2. Any person whose rights have been infringed upon by another person's post may request suspension of the post through the Company's representative.
Article 12 (Modification and Suspension of Service)
1. The Company may modify or suspend all or part of the Glow.B service due to technical or operational needs. 2. In the event of service suspension, notice shall be given at least 30 days in advance via Glow.B announcements. However, prior notice may be omitted under unavoidable circumstances.
Chapter 5 Compensation for Damages and Miscellaneous
Article 13 (Compensation for Damages and Indemnification)
1. The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or user fault. 2. The Company shall not be held liable for the reliability or accuracy of content posted by creators, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 14 (Jurisdiction)
Any dispute arising between the Company and the user regarding the use of Glow.B shall be submitted to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall take effect on September 1, 2026.
